Mino Prime 10oz Delmonico cut is the perfect size to indulge in. Ribeye is known for its marbling giving the cut amazing rich flavor that will leave your mouth watering for more. The Delmonico cut originated from the beloved steakhouse in New York but has become renowned for it’s thickness.

The Mino Prime 10 oz Delmonico was appropriately named after my mother, Fran, whose Italian roots made her the constant entertainer. And if you know Italian mothers they won’t let you leave their house on an empty stomach.  These cuts are great for entertaining, just season with a little Mino Prime Steak Seasoning and throw them on a high heat grill, searing each side for 2 minutes.
