I’m a backyard pro on briskets and normally buy them at Costco. This brisket blew them all away!!!! The fat rendered so clean and the taste was out of this world! Now that I’ve had this I can’t go back to the others. Would definitely recommend if you haven’t had a quality brisket you give this a try!

Agreed with a previous review, I usually buy my briskets at Costco, but this blew any brisket I’ve bought away! You could tell the quality was better. I smoked this overnight and it was perfect the next day

Made this brisket for my son and his 7 friends. Smoked 12 hours overnight and they said it was amazing. Unfortunately I was out for the evening and there was nothing left of it when I got home. I guess that speaks for itself.
