A Tenderloin Roast is exactly that, the most tender cut of the cow. I love making this loin for the holiday’s, it is easy to make and sure to please. Rubbed with olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt then broiled to a perfect medium rare. 3lb loin will feed up to 6 people.

We ordered two beef tenderloins for our family Christmas dinner. These came cleaned, peeled and wrapped in a cooking mesh includes a fat cap. We added a bit of rosemary, salt, and pepper. Grilled it on the rotisserie. Rave reviews they came back for more. The beef was so tender and delicious. It was the hit dish this year!
