Amazing! I’ve never had prime ground beef before…. what was I thinking??! This ground beef by far beats ANY store bought ground beef! I split the 2 pounds into 1 pound packages. The first one I made hamburgers on the grill. Shrinkage was very little & the flavor (I use only salt & pepper as seasonings) was crazy good! You know you have a good juicy burger when the juice is dripping off your chin. The 2nd pound I made taco’s with. There was a lot less grease drain off & the taco meat flavor was at a whole new level. The only thing I wish is that it came in 1 pound packages instead of 2 pound, but that’s just me being picky. I highly recommend this ground beef!
