Unreal. Never had it before. Sous vide at 129 for two hours and sear for 1 min/side at 650. Perfect medium rare.

Never had/heard of this cut before ordering one on here – my dad worked at armour for 40 years! I’m almost always a filet guy but I would make a first born and give him away to have this cut. It is AMAZING!

This is the best cut out there. Sous Vide it, sear it and have the most amazing steak ever. Mino’s is the only place I’ve ever seen it.

The Best part of the ribeye. I sous vide mine 126 degrees for 2 hours, seared on cast iron. I know a Big Box store that sells them and ties them, but Mino Prime has them beat with Cleaner butchering which = less waste and literally perfect bites of steak over and over again bite after bite. No Gristle 🙂 My wife and other ladies like it way more than expected for this reason as well!
