Mino Prime Steaks smash burgers come with 12-4 oz individually wrapped patties and a 12 pack of Turano buns. All the contents are flash frozen so they may enjoyed at a later time or the day you get them.
Allow the all ground beef smash burgers to thaw, grab some parchment paper and a wide spatula and heat up your grill to high. If you do not have a flat top grill like a Blackstone or Weber griddle then just use a cast iron griddle on top of your grill. Place the 4 oz meat ball onto the griddle, season with salt and pepper or Mauro’s Black Powder seasoning, top with parchment paper then smash it down with your spatula. Make them to your desired thickness. The thinner they are the better, that will allow them to cook quickly with that crispy crust your looking for from a smash burger. Flip once the edges are looking crispy, add some cheese if you like then top your Turano bun with as many patties as you want but I highly recommend at least a double!
