I recommend cooking these on a quick high heat sear in a cast iron either on the grill or on the stove top. Sear each side in 1 Tbsp of butter for 1 to 1 min 30 seconds. Top with your favorite ingredients and your ready to enjoy one of the best sandwiches you will ever eat.
To make it a Mino Prime Ribeye Steak Sandwich reserve the butter in the cast iron skillet to toast some sourdough sandwich rolls, add some pico de gallo and banana peppers on the bottom bun throw the seared ribeye sandwich cut on top with some Maldon sea salt and your ready to enjoy!

Excellent for steak tacos if you want a change from skirt steak. I cooked one rare and it was super tender. No marinade…just salt and Mexican seasonings.
