Since Howard Kaufman up and retired leaving us without the legendary Ho-Ka turkey for Thanksgiving. I was forced to search high and low for a quality alternative. After an extensive search I found Turkey Valley Farms a small producer out of Minnesota.  Turkey Valley has been providing high quality farm fresh turkeys to midwestern tables since 1973. We will be bringing in a select amount of these FRESH turkeys the week of Thanksgiving, due to demand and location constraints we will only be receiving a set amount and once they are gone I will not be able to go to Waterman for more.
