Description
The French Pork Chop is taken from the rib section of the pork loin. Each Pork Chop is Frenched to offer a great table presentation and it also adds tremendous flavor. Frenching is a technique our expert butchers use that exposes the rib bone and removes all the meat.

We have ordered these a few times now. We usually make a marinade and pop them on the grill but a very simple olive oil, salt, pepper and herb prep is simple and delicious. Grill (450-500 degrees) 8 minutes per side flipping every four minutes. Put a slice of butter on top every time you flip!

Wow Tim adding the butter on the flip makes them sound even better! Thank you for the review and the support!

I pan fried a couple of these with some fresh garlic, rosemary and sage in olive oil. They were so thick that it took a while but it allowed them to turn a beautiful golden brown. There was a nice vein of fat in these so they stayed really moist. Best part is the chops taste like pork is supposed to taste…not like the factory stuff from the grocery store.
