  • Blackstone Grill (Darryl’s Favorite) or Similar!

Ingredients
  

  • to taste Bacon Up Bacon Grease
  • 1 lb Mino Prime shaved ribeye
  • 4 toasted sandwich buns
  • 8 slices of provolone cheese or cheese of choice
  • Optional: 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup hot giardiniera optional, for extra heat and flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ribeye: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tbsp of oil or Bacon Up.
  • Cook the Steak: Once the oil is hot, add the shaved ribeye. Season with salt and pepper. Sear the ribeye, stirring occasionally, until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add Cheese: While the steak is still in the skillet, place the cheese slices over the top. Let them melt over the meat for 1-2 minutes to create a gooey, cheesy layer.
  • Assemble the Sandwiches: Divide the cheesy ribeye mixture evenly among the toasted buns.
