Mino Prime Steaks is dedicated to providing high quality prime meat and superior customer service. Mino’s passion for creating a company that mimics the old days when everyone had a “guy” will give you that old school butcher feeling with today’s convenience. He is always just a phone call away.

All of our cuts are USDA approved Prime, wet aged and dry aged for 35-40 days, cut in house that day then individually cryovac wrapped and flash frozen for delivery.

Once your order is received we email you with a delivery date. The delivery will come frozen and packed with dry ice.
