Mino’s favorite cuts are my personal favorites. I packed in everything from 6oz Filet to Prime Burgers and you can’t forget the best cut, the Spinalis. If you have not tried it yet here’s your chance. The ribeye cap is melt in your mouth good and makes an excellent appetizer for a group, grill it and slice it. Follow up with prime burgers and a skirt steak you can’t go wrong. Leave the bone in filets for date night! Over all an excellent box of cuts.
